In 1995, we became captivated by the modular system of building and purchased and installed our first modular home. After 10 successful years, we decided to build our own modular construction facility which helped launch our commercial business.
In January 2016, we officially launched our modular commercial business even more with our new division called Homeway Commercial. Since then we have completed many modular commercial building projects.
Our experience as a family-owned business gives our commercial clients that “hands on” touch they can relate to. We understand the building process from concept to completion. In fact, the owners have personally been involved in all aspects of building such as being journeyman carpenters, project managers, superintendents, designers, estimators, and sales representatives.
By building modular homes and commercial construction projects in our own state-of-the-art construction facility, we can personally control the quality that goes into every building we build, and that is important to us.
